The new concept combining the M-dial™ with a sliding back plate carries lumbar sacral orthosis (LSO) technology a step further. A few turns of M-dial™ allow secure fastening and easy adjustment to fit perfectly to your body.  Additionally, M-dial™ is designed to gradually decrease abdominal pressure when unlocked in order to avoid sudden back-damaging physical shocks due to rapid releasing.
